helpviewer.app software package provides Online help viewer for GNUstep programs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install helpviewer.app
helpviewer.app is installed in your system.
Make ensure the helpviewer.app package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep helpviewer.app *
You will get with helpviewer.app package name, version, architecture and description in a table
